The paper presents the results of studying the condition of the uS fuel and Energy Complex using the remote sensing data. remote monitoring and analytical calculations reveal the production potential of each of the four identified coal production centres. the geographical location and the number of coal-fired thermal power plants have been determined. Based on the results of analytical calculations, the total production potential of thermal power plants for electricity generation has been estimated. © 2021 Ugol' Journal Edition, LLC.
