Abstract
This paper presents method and calculation program to determine working frequency for high frequency radio links reflected one time from the ionosphere. The calculation method takes into account the influence of ionospheric inhomogeneities on the characteristics of radio propagation. Experimental results have shown that the calculation program based on presented method has high accuracy and fast calculation speed. © 2021 IEEE.
