Abstract

We consider a problem of assignability of the dichotomy spectrum for one-sided discrete time-varying linear systems. Our purpose is to prove that uniform complete controllability is a sufficient condition for proportional local assignability of the dichotomy spectrum. © 2022 Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics Publications.
