1. Having built concepts, hence identifying characteristics, requirements and proposing tasks that technically support the local armed forces in defense operations in coastal cities and provinces in the North Delta.
2. Having proposed the technical support contents and methods as well as the ways of organizing, using technical forces and commanding and directing technical support activities of the local armed forces in defense operations in coastal cities and provinces in the North Delta.
3. Having proposed solutions to enhance technical support capabilities of the local armed forces in defense operations in coastal provinces and cities in the North Delta in the homeland protection war, thereby contributing to supplementing and developing the technical support theories of the local armed forces in defense operations in cites and provinces.
