In this paper, we introduce one method based on the use of two kinds of the point spread functions to achieve the highresolution image in confocal fluorescence microscopy system. The high-resolution image without generating significant negative values is achieved by the new relationship between two obtained images. The proposed effectiveness to obtain high resolution image was shown by the simulation results. Moreover, the experimental result demonstrated that our way can be used to achieve higher resolution image in comparison with conventional confocal fluorescence microscopy. © 2021 IEEE.
