Abstract

The block transmission via multi-path MIMO channels has attracted much interest of many researchers because of its wide applications. In this paper, authors propose an approach to decrease the BER of the multi-path MIMO channels based on an effective combination of precoding and equalization. The logical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that the proposal design can take advantage of channel energy, therefore, reduce the BER. In comparison with the conventional design, the proposed design can improve the system performance in some scenarios. © 2019 IEEE.
