Abstract

Considered here is the first initial boundary value problem for the two-dimensional g-Navier-Stokes equations in bounded domains. We first prove the existence and uniqueness of strong solutions to the problem by using the Faedo-Galerkin method. Then we study the finite time numerical approximation of the strong solutions by discretization schemes. © 2013 Institute of Mathematics, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) and Springer Science+Business Media Singapore.
